Choose two songs, describe the style you want, and get one new track that draws on both. Set the length anywhere from 10 seconds to 6 minutes.
The song mashup maker generates one new track from two audio sources for 6 credits per run on the Basic plan or higher. Failed runs refund the credits.
Your generated audio will appear here.
The song mashup maker takes two audio sources and generates a new song from them, guided by the style and title you write. It is not a DJ editor: there is no timeline, beat grid or stem fader. The AI uses both tracks as references and creates fresh audio, so the result can sound different from either original. Pick each source from songs you made here or upload a file, add optional lyrics, choose a length between 10 and 360 seconds (120 by default), and listen to the result before you download it as an MP3.

Pairs with a similar energy are a good starting point, such as two upbeat pop songs or two slow ballads. In the style box, name the genre, tempo feel, instruments and vocal type you want for the new track, for example 'upbeat synth-pop, female vocal, punchy drums'. If you add lyrics, write them for the new song instead of pasting both originals. Use recordings you made or have permission to use; songs from My songs need no upload at all.

Three parts of every mashup run: the sources, the direction and the length.

Each slot in the song mashup maker takes a song from My songs or an uploaded file, and you can mix the two. Uploads accept MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG and WebM up to 50 MB and 8 minutes.

The two sources must be different.

The style prompt sets where the new track goes: genre, mood, instruments and voice. A title is required, and optional lyrics give the song new words.

A song mashup maker combines two songs into one new track. The song mashup maker by MusicFX at musicfx.net generates a new AI track from the two sources you pick, following the style and title you write, rather than layering the originals on a timeline.
Each run of the song mashup maker costs 6 credits with either MusicFX Standard or MusicFX Wild. Generating needs a Basic plan or higher, and MusicFX Wild needs Pro or higher. If a run fails, the 6 credits return automatically.
Free accounts can open the page and set up a mashup, but generating requires a Basic plan or higher. On a free account, selecting Generate opens the upgrade options instead of starting a run.
The song mashup maker has no manual controls for beat matching, stems or vocal levels. It generates a new track from both sources, so tempo, vocals and arrangement come out of the generation and can differ from the originals. For hands-on control over stems and timing, a DJ app or audio editor is the better fit.
The song mashup maker accepts any two different sources: songs from My songs, uploaded files, or one of each. Uploads accept MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG and WebM up to 50 MB and 8 minutes. Songs whose stored audio has expired are greyed out in My songs, so upload the file instead. Only use recordings you created or have permission to use.
Set any length from 10 to 360 seconds before you generate; the default is 120 seconds. The setting controls the new track, not the length of your source files, and the price per run stays the same.
Lyrics are optional in the song mashup maker. Leave the box empty to let the generation follow your style and title, or add up to 5,000 characters of new lyrics for the mashup.
Commercial use is included with the Business plan. On other plans, generated tracks are for personal, non-commercial use. You are also responsible for having the rights to any audio you upload. See the Terms of Service for the full conditions.
Use the song mashup maker when you start from two songs. To restyle one song, use AI Music Cover. To make one song longer, use AI Music Extender. To start from a text idea, use AI Music Generator.
