The Lyria music generator on this page sends your written description to Lyria, a music model made by Google DeepMind, and returns one finished track per run. Pick Lyria 3.5 or Lyria 3 Pro in the model menu; both take the same inputs and differ in credit cost. You spell out the style, mood, instruments, tempo and the voice you want, and you can upload one image as inspiration; the model handles melody, arrangement and singing. Lyria lists English, German, Spanish, French, Hindi, Japanese, Korean and Portuguese as its supported languages. Lyria belongs to Google. We connect to it through an API, so this page is not an official Google product and is not affiliated with Google. MusicFX at musicfx.net is also not the MusicFX experiment from Google Labs. The Lyria music generator has no lyrics field: the model writes the words itself.

Each tab is one way to use the Lyria music generator

Describe the song in plain words, add an image if you like, and Lyria composes the music, writes the lyrics and sings them.
Up to 5000 characters, plus an optional image
Lyria writes and sings its own words from your description
Each generation returns a single finished track

Ask for music without vocals or suggest a length in seconds. Both are added to your prompt as hints, so results can differ.
Adds a no-vocals request to the prompt
Suggest seconds; the output length can differ
Listen first and regenerate if needed

The model menu on this page also offers Lyria 3 Pro at 8 credits a run. The main AI Music Generator adds Suno V6, MiniMax Music, Mureka and ElevenLabs Music, so one idea can go to two models.

What the Lyria music generator gives you on this page
Prompts reach Lyria, Google DeepMind's music model, through an API.
One description of up to 5000 characters covers style, instruments, tempo and voice, and one uploaded image can set the mood.
Ask for vocals in your prompt; the instrumental hint requests music without singing.
An optional duration in seconds guides Lyria but is not a fixed cut.
Lyria sits next to Suno V6, MiniMax Music, Mureka and ElevenLabs Music in one generator.
Finished Lyria tracks stay in your song library, and we also try to keep a backup copy for later download.
Projects where one prompt and one track from the Lyria music generator are enough

Producers send one prompt to Lyria and Suno V6, then keep the take that fits the reference.

Creators describe a clip's mood, turn on the instrumental hint to request a bed for voiceover, then check the take for vocals.

Teachers describe a genre, tempo and instruments to play students a fresh style example.

Novelists and audio drama writers describe a chapter's mood to get a theme to draft with.

Game masters describe a tavern or a boss fight and play the Lyria track at the table.

Friends describe an inside joke, a name and a style, and Lyria writes and sings a short song.
Three steps from your idea to a track in the Lyria music generator
This page starts on Lyria 3.5, or on your last saved choice; switch to Lyria 3 Pro in the menu if you prefer. Without the Basic plan, the card shows a lock that opens upgrade options.
Write the genre, mood, instruments, tempo and vocal style, and upload an image if you want one to guide the feel. Add the instrumental hint or a length if needed.
Lyria returns one track. Play it, regenerate if needed, and download it from your library with Basic.
Identity, pricing, limits and prompt tips for the Lyria music generator
MusicFX at musicfx.net is an independent AI music site, and its Lyria music generator lets you create songs with Google's Lyria model from a text prompt, with an optional image for inspiration. Each run returns one vocal or instrumental track, saved to your song library.
MusicFX at musicfx.net is not an official Google product. Lyria is Google's model; we connect to it through an API, and MusicFX is not affiliated with Google.
MusicFX at musicfx.net is not the MusicFX experiment from Google Labs. We are an independent site that shares the name and offers several music models, including Lyria, in one generator. Questions about this site can go to [email protected].
Lyria generations here are not free. A Lyria 3.5 run costs 10 credits and a Lyria 3 Pro run costs 8; both need the Basic plan or higher. Free-plan welcome credits cannot be spent on Lyria. Google's own Lyria apps have separate terms.
Lyria and Suno V6 both run in our own generator, and the main difference is control. Lyria takes a text prompt and an optional image and returns one track, writing its own lyrics. Suno V6 adds a Custom mode for your own lyrics and returns two versions per run.
The Lyria music generator cannot sing lyrics you paste in, because this model has no lyrics field. Instrumental and length settings are hints, so the track may still have vocals or a different length. For your own lyrics, use Suno V6 Custom mode in the main AI Music Generator.
A good Lyria prompt names the genre, mood, main instruments, tempo and vocal style in up to 5000 characters. Concrete details, such as a guitar that fades in at the intro, give the model clearer direction than a one-word style.
Credits for a Lyria run come back automatically once the task is confirmed as failed. A task that is still processing is not a failure yet, so check its status in your library before generating again.
